At Love, Peapie™, we understand that life changes. Whether your subscription is active, has ended, or you're considering closing your account, we want you to understand what happens to your Collection and the memories you've preserved.

This page explains your account options, how access to your memories may change, and what to expect if you decide to cancel your subscription or delete your account.

When your Owner Collection has an active paid subscription, you can continue adding photos, videos, letters, and voice notes to preserve your memories.

You can also invite Guests to view the memories you've chosen to share. Guests can participate in chats on shared content and enjoy the moments you've preserved together.

As long as your subscription remains active, your Collection stays active—even if you haven't logged in for a while.

When your paid subscription ends, your Collection becomes read-only. Your existing memories are not immediately deleted.

You and your authorized Guests can continue viewing previously shared content. Guests may save photos and videos they are authorized to access. However, no new memories or chats can be added while your Collection is read-only.

Your Collection will be retained for two years after your paid subscription ends. To preserve your complete Collection beyond that period, you must resubscribe. Simply logging back into your account does not restart the two-year retention period.

Before scheduled deletion, Love, Peapie™ will send email reminders 90, 60, 30, and 7 days in advance, giving you an opportunity to resubscribe and preserve your Collection.

If you decide to delete your Love, Peapie™ account, you will permanently delete it directly through the mobile app.

To request account deletion, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.

Deleting your account is permanent. There is no recovery period, and once deletion is completed, your account and deleted memories cannot be restored.

Before confirming your request, carefully review the following information:

Your Account and Memories: Permanently deleting an account removes your account identity and associated account data, including stored content
Collection Owners: If you are the Owner of a Collection, deleting your account also removes the associated Collection, Guest access, and stored content
Keepsake Books and QR-Linked Memories:
Physical Keepsake Books that have already been printed cannot be changed or recalled
When a Keepsake Book is created, the digital memories associated with its QR codes are preserved in a separate long-term storage system. These archived memories are maintained independently of the original Love, Peapie™ account to support continued access through the printed Keepsake Book
When an account is deleted, Love, Peapie™ checks for completed Keepsake Books. Digital memories associated with completed Keepsake Books are retained according to the Keepsake Book archival and retention policy
Digital memories that have not been archived as part of a completed Keepsake Book are deleted with the account, subject to applicable retention requirements
Subscriptions: Deleting your Love, Peapie™ account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may need to cancel your subscription separately through your app store to prevent future charges.

Be certain before proceeding. Account deletion is permanent, and there is no account recovery period.

When an Owner requests account deletion, all Guests immediately lose access to that Collection.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

Your memories remain part of your Collection while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, your Collection becomes read-only, and your existing memories are retained for two years.

If you do not resubscribe before the retention period ends, your Collection and its associated content will be permanently deleted, subject to applicable legal exceptions and any separately preserved QR-linked Keepsake media.
